Flights and Travel Dates

Tentative departure from JFK airport to Medinah, Saudi on August 23.

Tentative return from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to USA on September 5.
Upon arrival to Medinah International airport and after clearing customs, our ground staff will guide you to your bus to be transferred to your hotel Dar AlIman Intercontinental (five star) Hotel facing the Haram.
Enjoy the five daily prayers in the Haram.
Open Buffet Breakfast and Dinner are served daily at the hotel.
Moreover, enjoy the Mazarat trip in Madinah to historic sights: Jabal Uhud, Masjid Quba, Masjid Al-Qiblatin, and more.
Transfer To Makkah
Enter the state of Ihram and prepare for your trip to Makkah in a private air-conditioned bus.
The group will then stop at the Miqat Zul Hulifa where you can make your proper intention for Umrah & Hajj.
Upon arrival at the Hilton Suites, you will perform your Umrah.
Hilton Suites is conveniently located facing the Haram which make it easy for you to enjoy five daily prayers.
An open buffet breakfast and dinner will be available at the hotel except during certain days of the Manasek.
Transfer to Mina by bus for overnight stay at Adam Travel compound an upgraded air-conditioned camp very close to the Jamarat.
Full access to the Hotel during manasek and a daily bus transfer between the Camp and the Hotel will be available. The bus schedule will be determined by your group leader.
Food and Drinks will be served at Arafat.
After Maghrib Azan you will be transferred to Muzdalifah to pray Maghreb and Isha.
You will also collect the pebbles for Jamarat in Muzdalifah. Depart Muzdalifah after Fajr.
Return back to Mina for breakfast and throw Jamarat Aqabah Al-Kubra.
After jamrat al Aqabah and confirming with your group leader that your sacrifice is done, you can shave or shorten your hair.
You will be transferred back to the Hilton Suites to change and get partially out of the state of Ihram.
Perform Tawaf Al-Ifadh at your convenience, once done you are now completely out of your Ihram.
Prepare to be transferred back to the camp after dinner at the hotel.

2Sep/11ZH to 4Sep/13ZH
2Sep/11ZH: Perform Jamarat then Transfer to Makkah. Return to Mina after dinner.
3Sep/12ZH: Perform the final Jamarat and depart to the Hilton Suites.
4Sep/13ZH: Continue to stay at Makkah hotel. You can go to the Haram on your own and make sure to perform Tawaf Alwadah before departing Makkah.
Travel by bus to Jeddah airport. Take flight back to the U.S.
GROUP IMAM – DR TAREK CHEBBI
Dr. Tarek Chebbi, was the Imam of Masjid Al-Ihsaan in Miami for over 12 years. An Educational Researcher and a University Professor for over 15 years. Studied in Tunisia, France, and the USA and is fluent in 5 languages.
In addition to Masjid Al-Ihsaan, Dr. Chebbi delivers Khutab (Friday’s Jumua) at several South Florida Masajids (e.g. Islamic Foundation of South Florida, Masjid-Downtown Miami, Masjid Annour, Masjid Miami-Gardens) and gives Islamic lectures at these and other South Florida Masajids as well. Imam Chebbi was a board member of the Islamic School Of Miami for over 20 years. He taught Islamic Studies (Quran, Arabic, etc…) to children for many years. He is currently the principal of the Sunday Islamic School of Miami. He was also a board member of the United Muslim Organization in Miami.
Dr. Chebbi led hajj groups with AdamTravel for several years and constantly receives very positive feedback. He wrote a step-by-step pamphlet on how to perform Manaasek AlHajj according to the Quran and the Sunnah that he used while leading hajj groups for the past 7 years.

Applications for Hajj visa will not be considered if the following requirements are not met:
The applicant must have a passport with a validity of at least six (6) months and acceptable both for entry to Saudi Arabia and entry to the next destination; the passport should have at least two empty visa pages adjacent to each other.
Each applicant must submit one (1) recent passport size color photograph with a white background. The photograph must be a full-face view in which the visa applicant is facing the camera directly. Side or angled views are NOT accepted.
A completed Hajj Visa Application filled-out with black ink or printed; the form must be signed and stamped by the authorized travel agency.
The Mahram should write his complete information on the application forms of his spouse and children or any relative with whom he is traveling. He should also provide copies of marriage or birth certificates; if these documents were issued outside the US, he should then provide copies translated and notarized by a certified translation office.
All women are required to travel for Hajj with a Mahram. Proof of kinship must be submitted with the application form. Women over the age of forty-five (45) may travel without a Mahram with an organized group. They must however submit a no objection letter from her husband, son or brother authorizing her to travel for Hajj with the named group. This letter should be notarized.
The applicant must be in possession of a non-refundable roundtrip ticket with confirmed reservations.
The applicant must submit proof of vaccination for meningitis and ACYW135. For infants and children up to fifteen (15) years of age, a vaccination report is required for polio as well as meningitis and polio. Children over fifteen (15) years of age should present the same vaccinations requested for adults.
